My wife and I are very excited to be in our new home. Thank you to the entire team. Thanks especially to Benjamin.

The VA loan process can be tedious. There were, I felt a lot of unexpected expenses but these were anticipated. We were able to get everything in order and close 5 days earlier than expected. Everyone we spoke with and dealt with were very professional and assisted or clarified any questions or issues we had. All in all it was a positive experience and we are happy to be moving into our forever home. Thank you!

All I know was a great experience of people working for us to get us what we wanted

Veterans United was there every step of the way from monitoring my credit to preparing my documents everyone was SIMPLY AMAZING

Any veteran, not using that veterans united for their home loan is definitely missing out! Easy process, Great people, and just the best customer service I've ever seen!

Outstanding professionals that genuinely care about getting you into the home and providing the best service that they can to you no questions asked if you ever need anything at all. They’re always there for you on your behalf no matter what question it is they will always find an answer and are looking out for your best interest, these are not some great people in this profession, but genuinely great people in general looking forward to working with them in the future!

Veterans United leaves no rock unturned during the homebuying process. The home buying team was friendly and always responded back within a reasonable time. Any home purchase comes with a certain amount of stress. VU can help reduce this stress by having all requirements upfront. It seems like the further we got along more requirements popped up, which caused more stress.

They were very courteous and helpful my wife and I have no complaints

It was really great working with everybody. They kept me well informed on what was going on and what I needed to do and just really a wonderful wonderful team. Thank you very much.

The only parts I was really confused about during the process was timing of inspections and the need for so many. Reid said the need for a well inspection and foundation inspection rarely happen or not at all. And then come to find out all in the party on the closing day said the lenders cautiousness about the title was unnecessary. I'm new to the home buying process, but it was odd to hear conflicting answers. At the end of the day though the foundation inspection albeit made me worry of the possibility the seller might back out, the fact that I don't have to worry about it now is great news. It was again the timing of that inspection that was bad. It came after I had paid someone to inspect the house and paid to get all these other tests done. I appreciate everyone's hard work and help to finish the close though.
