Staff was neutral and gave us the options so we could make informed decisions that would work for our circumstances. If we had questions they were addressed almost as quickly as we made the query. The experience I had with Veterans United was hands down the most positive I could have asked for. From before to after they were there for me the entire time.
This company knows how to do VA loans and they are quite efficient as long as you handle your end of the deal in an expeditious manner. I’ve done four loans with these guys and you should to! Don’t let your agent tell you anything bad about an out of state lender, these guys are sharp, quick and better than any of the locals I’ve tried to work with in the past.
What a pleasure working with John, Kate and Amanda throughout what could have been a tedious chore. Instead this team of consummate professionals made the whole home buying process extremely easy. The website allowed sending copies to them simply by taking a picture and forwarding to them. We don’t have a computer but we were able to use our mini iPad in all the transactions including signing papers. I would highly recommend Veterans United to anyone needing a loan. Great, great staff. My sales agreement was never reviewed until the morning of closing so it had to be modified again at the last minute if the people at veterans United reviewed the paperwork that was turned in them it would cause much less hassle.

Amazing program to work with. This was our first time acquiring a home loan. Our previous home we bought outright and we lived there for almost 50 years (so this whole process was quite daunting to say the least). Everyone with Veterans United did their absolute best st explaining each step in detail and really making themselves available for any questions or concerns we may have had. Everyone collaborated well together to get us into our new “forever home”. Having the ability to do so much of the paperwork online was a real timesaver and having the “to do list” (to walk you through each step and check it off once it’s completed) made even a novice home buyer at ease with the process.
