The home purchasing process is very stressful and without competent, kind, and knowledgeable facilitators, can provoke additional anxiety. There are target deadlines to meet, stringent requirements and a marathon of paperwork, conditions, and stipulations that require finesses and expertise. Both Trish and Kristie provided the heavy lifting assistance and processing, were timely in their responses, and were excellent guides and partners that supported me through every step of the way. They made the process fairly painless and provided options and alternatives without any pressure. So many details, moving parts but nothing was dropped and all was handled with sheer professional acumen and expertise!Would definitely work with this team again on any level.
