They are amazing and went over everything. Nothing was kept in the dark and alot of things we weren’t aware about they let us in on a lot of light! They kept us updated on every mile stone there was and walked us through the whole process. Thank you all so much for everything and now we have a home in our name that will forever be cherished truly!!!

The communication between client and loan officer was poor and a lack of. During the entire process things continued to pop up that I was unaware of. As a Veteran and being that I served this country certain breaks and programs are given to us to help. Nothing about this process helped. No credits, no programs, no anything. The VA loans are for veterans who don't have a large amount of funds for down payments to not have to pay a lot of money and be able to purchase hassle and stress free. This process was not that. And for the loan officer to say... I don't have to give you no credits is very unprofessional.
