When I first thought about refinancing, I searched for the top 5. Veterans United (VU) outdistanced all the competition. Always being skeptical, I reached out and talked to Kath Athanassiou and was so impressed and comfortable talking to her that I decided to go with Veterans United. Kath was so knowledgeable and asked all the right probing questions and explained in detail the process and everything associated with refinancing. We started the process and the way the web site is efficiently laid out; it lets you know exactly where you are in the process. As we progressed, I talked and worked with her assistant Nick who was also great, we mainly communicated through text messaging, but a few times they called to make sure we both were on the same page, can’t ask for more than that. Since I freeze my credit, I had to have it lifted for a few months and in 40 days I was being funded and put the freeze back on, so quick. I can go on and on, the bottom line is I was Completely satisfied and so happy I choose Veterans United and had Kath to guide me through the process. I will definitely recommend them to anyone asking for Loans.
I wont lie i had issues with my home buying experience but the lender and real estate did their jobs fantastical. Dane Frasier went out of his way to answer any questions i had and walked me thru the hard parts.
