The loan process through Veterans United was a breeze. The tools that are used to communicate through the process were amazing. It was very helpful to have the app that allowed for constant communication and updates for required documents and assigned to do list. It kept me organized and ensure that I was keeping up with all the things that were expected of me through the process.
