Cost of re-fi for VA is too expensive. I have done this with freedom mortgage for 1/4 of the cost.
This is my 3 rd home purchase with VU. Primary home and 2 investment homes. Outstanding support and easy to use TO DO page, Secure unlink page and more features.
Pleasantly surprised with communications and follow up after closing, for all homes.
However, underwriting team became difficult with requesting financial information from my wife who was not part of the financing process for investment homes.
Finance team should be part of closing / signing via zoom/video to complete the process. They are a big part of the process for many weeks or months.
