I was afraid of the whole process, i didn’t know what lender to chose and who would serve me well based on my financial needs. I applied with a few lenders but ultimately ended with Veterans United. Boy, was that the best thing I ever did! I was assisted and well informed the whole process my loan team was very hands on with me and i felt like they truly cared for me and my process. I’m so thankful they do what they do! The staff knows their stuff and they will get you to that closing table no matter how much you fear the process. Trust them! They will not lead you wrong. I received texts and phone calls just to check in on how I was feeling! Thank God for the team at Vererans United! You guys are amazing!

I just received a notice saying my mortgage has been bought by PennyMac. I do not remember being told about the possibility of my mortgage being bought by some other company. I do not even know yet if this is valid. If it is , it would be nice to be warned that it could happen.
I would highly recommend using Veterans United to get through the VA loan process. They are knowledgeable and made the process very easy to get through. I am a proud homeowner thanks to them.
Too many errors to list from several different parties involved. We are very disappointed with the totality of our experience. Did not met expectations.

Veterans United is a great company and happy with them but not happy with the miscommunication with our loan officer on the monthly payments and his being gone for the week during our loan closing. Everything was easy to do online and upload documents but I recommend double checking the payments and how much to put down and ask what all the fees our.
