I put in a request for a VA loan on a home I was interested in on Trulia at around 7 or 8pm at night and within 5 minutes got a call from John to get the ball rolling. The customer service provided was incredible. So polite, courteous and helpful with all my questions and inquiries.
To many technicalities along the way... wasn’t ready for any of the process at hand... always had to keep sending in documentation over and over. Felt like I had to jump threw hoops in a circus!
This company is very thorough when it comes to collecting enough information to get your home loan. The team I had working on my loan always kept me informed and were easy to get a hold of when I had questions. It was really nice to be able to securely upload documents on the veterans united web site. You all made this process really easy.
