I would like make one (1) suggestion, Since no one sits at their computer 24 hr a day. It would be great if your loan officers would call the clients each and every time, that something is posted in the "Things To Do Listing". That way things can be addressed promptly.

Went above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible.

Everything from lighthouse to close was awesome- the only reason it is not a10 is all because of the underwriter. Not because they did their job and were very particular, but because the requests were at the last minute. However, Some requests were very odd based on my personal experience of previous closings.



The most unprofessional and backward operation I've ever felt with. If I ever sell this place and/or buy a new place I will never work with vhu ever again. People (yes plural) from the title company even said they cringe every time they have file with your name on it. Get your act together.



Great at listening to my plan and working with you every step of the process to reach final loan approval.


Provided an opportunity and experience I do not believe could be provided by another lender.

Everything was quick and easy. My loan office and entire team were outstanding and very nice.
