Rachel and Nathan were awesome from the start. My process started way back in 2016-2017 but due to my previous marriage things did not work out. I emailed Rachel early in 2018 to restart the process. Time consuming and a bit stressful these two worked along side my realtor to ensure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Working with Veterans United was an easy process
The only issue we felt was the fluctuations in closing cost. Initially, we were told $3000, then $7000. It ended up being near $10k. Everything worked out in the end...we just got alarmed when it seemed like it kept going up.
