2nd loan I've gotten through VU. Josh Salicco has been my principal contact on both loans. Josh has done a more than outstanding job processing my loan and answering my many questions, both in the office and even when he's not at work, from his cell phone. Truly a professional. Everyone at VU that I either spoke with or corresponded via email was very professional. Would certainly recommend VU to someone else.
Andrea was the best loan officer we could have had.. very professional and responsive during entire loan process.
During our loan process we hit some unforseen road blocks i.e. repayment of a previous VA loan due to foreclosure and receiving a firm job offer letter for my spouse so she could be placed on the loan application as a borrower. Veterans United hung in there with us until issue was resolved.
