The process was easy, the way everything was set up and how persistent everyone was through the process made everything very easy and always having someone there to assist in any way was so very helpful. And the house warming gift of the glasses sent to the new house was definitely a nice added touch to show how much they really care and the amount of professionalism. I would definitely use them again and recommend this to anyone. And I would tell them to request the same staff I received for there loan process.

It was frustrating at times when you keep submitting the same documents. But at the end of two months I got my house. Finally. I just want to say thank you. I'm a proud active duty veteran and my family and myself appreciate our house.

These people are so amazing that my real estate agent and the sellers real estate agent and the lawyers for closing all wanted to know who they were and where and and! Everyone I encountered in my home buying process was amazed by Veterans United ability to get things done in the most efficient methods every witnessed. And even closing paperwork was simplified that we were done in 30 minutes. I know that after dealing with 4 previous home loan companies that Veterans United is so far ahead of the game.
