There are many options out there for financing the purchase of a new home, make your life and experience easy and call Veterans United. Fundamentally the Veteran's United loan process isn't much different than applying for a traditional mortgage. You are still going to have to provide lots of information and feel like the only thing you haven't given them is a blood sample...and you will still need about 30 days to close the deal, but boy is it convenient. This was our third VA loan over the years and the ability to have instant communication with your loan team and the ability to provide documentation via the online portal is a game changer. No more leaving messages and playing "phone tag" to get updates on your progress. If the team needs information they can text or email you directly then you simply upload the documents to your secure portal...no driving to the lenders office just to drop off something that may not be exactly what the lender needed. I'll say it again, Veteran's United has changed the mortgage lending game by utilizing 21st century technology to enhance communication and minimize stress and frustration.
