I had three different lenders to choose from in my home buying process. This company was very quick to respond and offered me by far the lowest rate. My favorite part about them is their incredibly easy to use website that keeps you updated every step of the way.
I'm a mtg processor and I was concerned where I was taking my business. Veteran united makes the process go easy. They give you a checklist online to upload your documents. You know what stage your file is in every step of the way. If you have questions my loan officer and his team were very knowledgeable. This was such an easy process. Rates were great too! If your on the fence you've got to use Veteran United Hands down!

My experience with Veterans United was very positive. VU is quick, courteous, professional, and they know their craft! Expect to be escorted through the home buying experience by a seasoned professional!
If there was more timely communication, we would have recommended Veterans United and scored higher overall on the satisfaction scale. Seeing as we needed to get our rate locked in again(ie process took greater than 45 days) it felt as if the process took longer than expected.
