Working with veterans united was simply the best mortgage experience I’ve ever had. The communications were timely, professional, and always pleasant. There were no surprises and the whole process was smooth and fast. It was always clear where I was in the process and if something were needed it was communicated clearly and immediately. This team helped make a dream come true and it felt like I was working with close friends throughout.
The home inspector didn’t do a good job. There are things that we’re supposed to be fixed from the first inspection but we’re not fixed and over looked during the final inspection. I.e. broken window missing glass, mice in the home…
I had always dreamed of owning my own home and had almost given up on that dream. But with God, Veterans United and everyone we worked with, that dream has finally become a reality. Thank you so much for making this veterans dream come true.

With Stacy we had a great experience. She listened to our needs and goals and put that into a real life situation with numbers. We loved using the portal! With the "To-do" list and everything being in one place for reference was incredibly helpful. It's so easy to get lost in email threads, so this made all the back and forth with communications and documents so much easier.
All the team members were also very helpful as they supported us through the journey of this home purchase.

Super easy, quick process. The MyVU app is excellent. I was informed every step of the way and the e-signing made everything super quick and convenient, especially at closing. It only took us 10 minutes! Great rates, low fees, and my loan team was responsive and proactive. Really happy with my loan service, and I love my new home!
I start out dealing with three lenders and one even cost me $212.00 to start an application. Within the first week it became abundantly clear the Veterans United was far superior to the others. Without a doubt I made the right choice sticking with Veterans United!!
I could cry. Trying to buy a home alone, as disabled veteran, single mother, across the country seemed like I was going up against insurmountable odds. But here I am with the keys to my new future in my hand. This team fought for me and fought for the best for me. All in all a really good experience. Easy to work with and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The promotional side gets a bit much with email after email softly pushing other services. Good personal touch with the reps though, so if I had to delete a few extra emails, it wasn't the end of the world.
I told Tyler on the phone, I don’t buy homes for a living so this process is confusing at times to me. His team was with me the entire way, always responsive and willing to explain things to keep me informed. I can’t “Thank” them enough!!!
