These people I would say are safe to do business, unlike other institutions or organizations, like a bank. To me they generally seemed like they were more interested in serving my interests and needs more then there own.

This was my first time using Veterans United and the experience was awsome. Anytime I ran into an obstacle getting my loan closed they were right there handling the problem for me.
Kelly did great! The only suggestions I could have is if there could be an occasional update even if that is an automated email just because I felt left in the dark for about a week while waiting for the VA to figure their stuff out :) Overall she was amazing and very helpful especially with the VA!Thank you,William Strubel

We were not warned that we needed to sign onto the website almost daily. There needs to be some type of alert, text or an email to warn us that an update to the website has occurred. A simple phone call would have sufficed when immediate action was required.Once things were in the loan transaction officer care, I got the feeling that items were requested, but not reviewed or read once received.Overall, the experience was stressful, but a good outcome. Thanks to VU, we have a new home.

We were weeks into the process of closing on our home through the local bank. They told us we couldn't get another VA loan yet and we took them at their word.
