Majority of our loan process was completed by US . Speaking with our actual loan officer was impossible. She was never available. We were more on top of paperwork and having things signed then they were.

I did not think the process would be as easy as it was working on-line and not face-to-face.
My experience was a very positive, when I had problems every member of the team jumped in to try to help us resolve it. Each time we work through every single problem and we very very much appreciated.
The only way they could have improved would be if they would have told us they were waiting for us to pay for the appraisal. We thought we were waiting for it to be done and we'd get a bill.
