I found Veterans United confusing on the way they showed your loan break down I've been thru several closings and when I received the second loan estimate it was within a few dollars of what the total amount of the loan was with Veterans United it kept changing from estimate to estimate I didn't know what to expect till the day before the closing

Our initial experience trying to assume an existing Veterans United loan was not positive. We ran into so many legal issues it was taking forever. We finally gave up and purchased a different home with a new loan from Veterans United. Totally different experience. Very easy from start to finish.
