It was comforting to us to deal with a company that was very knowledgeable about the VA as well as the military. Our loan officer, Krystal, was absolutely amazing and we would highly recommend her. She was personable, professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. I felt completely comfortable handling our entire transaction electronically. The portal is also very user friendly. We securely uploaded all of our documents and then we were notified via email when there was something pending that we needed to handle. The whole team from Veterans United did an amazing job from start to finish. I did my research on companies that work with veterans and some just didn't stack up. When I put in my information to VU I got a call with in half an hour. My loan officer was personable from the start, that in turn made me feel comfortable and ready to proceed.When VU got all the documentation (which there is a lot) it processed without any complications cause whatever they asked for they got in a timely manner.The realtor that was assigned did a superior job helping my wife feel comfortable through this whole process and when we did find the house it was a smooth transition at closing.BRAVO ZULU Veterans United

My experience with Veteran United was excellent. All staff that was working with me on my case was very helpful and professional.
I would highly recommend the entire Veterans United Home team. I was not quite ready when I applied and had to go through the lighthouse program. I followed the plan they set and got to where I needed to be. My loan officer Shannon took it from there and I. Closed on Apr. 30th.
