After I originally contacted Andy Miller and Vet United, I decided to go with another lender local to the place I was buying a home. After it was clear that those lenders were not familiar with the VA process, I was going to be denied the loan! So, hat in hand, I called Andy back and not only was he excited to hear from me again, he acted like it was his mission to help me get closed. Quickest close ever! I never heard of anyone in my circle that used a distant lender. We only talked on the phone about 5 times and the rest were quick texts and emails. Weird but turned out to be very practical for my busy schedule. Nate was a pleasure to work with. His professionalism and diligence was impeccable. My experience with Veterans United was the best deal I've done in a long time.They assured me from the beginning even though I was skeptical about my possibility of obtaining a VA loan since I'm retired.They worked with me through out a complete successful closing.
It sometimes got a little hectic searching to find that right house. But the experience was very pleasing to me once we found the perfect location and house for us. Once we found the perfect house the rest of it went step by step and the end result is now we have the keys to our new house and we are very satisfied and pleased with Veterans United.
