The process was far easier than expected, in my case. Paperwork was effortless because of the use of the digital signature format, which made signing at your pace and leisure incredible. The process time had come and went quite quickly. I had no issues or incidences that would've impeded on the closing date. Staff were kind and attentive to questions and adequately explained what was needed to be done on the part of the buyer.Over all, a very pleasant experience.
Mark Anderson, who had the job of getting all the paperwork together, was patient, kind, personable, and understanding.Became our best friend tthroughout the whole process.
I have nothing good to say about working with Veterans United or the VA. From the moment that the seller accepted our offer, every SINGLE step of the way, someone dropped the ball which caused our closing to be pushed back and threatened our chances of actually purchasing the house. At the most inconvenient times, people at the VA and VU were unable to be reached which delayed issues that were time sensitive and known to be needed to be done ASAP. I felt as if I was the only one staying on top of everything and was only able to get the deal done by sheer will, persistence and annoyance on my part. I've worked for the VA so I know that there can by red tape that is frustrating to deal with but I am extremely dissatisfied. And to top it off, the VA "funding fee" of $9000 was a complete surprise and similar loans do not have. STAY AWAY FROM VETERANS UNITED AND THE VA.

Veterans United will exceed all expectations. Just be patient and understanding. Most importantly, keep up on the to-do list items in order to keep the process flowing smoothly.
The process was quick. This was my first house and I expect a long drawn out process. Veterans United presented the steps to achieve my dream in a precise to do list that made the lourney less painful and fast.
My wife and I just can't believe how easy the whole process has been.We will recommend Vet's United to any and all Vet's looking to purchase a home. We give them and especially Ted's team a solid 10.
This was one of the easiest and mobile friendly lenders I have ever worked with. I work 70+ hours a week and having the ability to manage virtually the whole process from my phone was a solid win for me. I would recommend Veterans United to every veteran out there.

Very fast. Very easy. Always let me know what I needed to do next. They were always one step ahead of the game.A very wonderful experience!
Veterans United is a trusted place that can help any veteran through this rigorous process. I would recommend all veterans call Veterans United first before seeking help through any other financial institution.
Any Veteran with a entitlement should use them first! First class service.
I got quotes from Veterans United and USAA. USAA was charging points and still couldn't touch Veterans United's rates without points. Additionally the professionalism and response time from my lender, Jim High, was far superior to that of the representative that USAA assigned to me.
