My agent made him self scarcely available by phone and would not respond to any of my calls the last week before closing. The only way to get any feedback was via text message. The desires that I spoke to him about at the beginning of this process where disregarded. As an individual that has a great deal of contact with the military and retired military, I would never suggest this company for them to use.

One thing I would have appreciated is to have been told my interest rate was a result of me buying it down. I didn't find out until I received the initial closing costs estimate. Additionally, the rate lock and related fees were not discussed, nor was I notified about the costs of the extensions.

The process was absolutely phenomenal all of my worries were addressed and everything was well walked through so I knew what to expect upfront. I would purchase a home through the company again any time!

very smooth process. online website was very helpful

Ryan Stoll is amazing.

The Document Team was awesome the Loan officer it was his first loan but anything that could go wrong did go wrong. But every time we were sure that my realtor and myself had everything done the loan officer would say we didn't, and we would point it out to him numerous times and he did not talk to his team or to his mentor. It was very frustrating, but I still have the loan from Veterans United.

Outstanding!!!

My loan team (Jeremy Henry and Nicole Viar) was by far too notch. There was NEVER a lack of communication, all questions were answered within an hour.

This was my first home loan and it was a excellent experience!

The thing I liked most about veterans united compared to other mortgage lenders was that when I asked a question, I always received a very strait forward answer! There were no surprises throughout the process because everything was communicated throughout the process and we appreciated that.
