The sellers title company and lender screwed up and let the house go into foreclosure the same day I closed on the house. My team let me know as soon as they found out and worked hard to make sure I could get into my house and everything cleared up.

Jeff and Ryan worked all hours for me and I appreciate their service; however the underwriting process was very annoying. Many items popped up and dragged the whole thing out. A lease requirement for rental income should have been stated up front, not just before closing.
