Great home buying process i experienced using Veteran s United Home Loan. My team was awesome in getting my quals and closing done with 30 thirty days. I will be using them for all my real estate needs.


This process for me was exremely stressful for no reason. About 2 weeks prior to.closing i felt that i was starting my loan all.over again. We also missed out original closing date due to that.

Being a veteran I was unsure and a little confused about the whole home buying process. Kaylee's advice and guidance was a huge help in the whole home buying process. Best experience I have ever had financing a house and I had a lot of experiences. David Kling and his team was excellent to work with.

My experience with Veterans United overall was so much better than I expected it to be. The stereotype of the mortgage process being terrible was what I was expecting (and, quite frankly, exactly what happened my last time around) and the process this time was extremely smooth. The only issue we came across was actually not with us directly, but with our realtor (who is also my mom). We had repeated issues with documentation being sent to the transaction coordinator perfectly fine only for the transaction coordinator to request the same exact document again. However, the biggest issue was with one thing in particular (pest inspection) that the realtor had to follow up on many times before it ever got resolved. Both the realtor and myself would follow up multiple times for the same issue and both of us would be told that she would get back with us shortly, usually the same day. However, the communication was repeatedly dropped. The issue was not taken care of until my husband had to take time out of his work day to contact Lance directly. I definitely understand that some issues just get drawn out especially when it is an odd issue to have in the first place, but the lack of communication until myself, Tony and the realtor were forced to follow up on the issues was extremely frustrating.
