Don't waste your time dealing with Veterans United. Instead seek a reputable finance company like USAA or Chase Bank, both know how to deal with VA loans and are very organized in their home loan departments.

I like how accessible our lending team was at Veterans United. We were able to reach our team via phone, text, and/or email. We weren’t kept in the dark about anything and that made us feel much more secure. It wasn’t an easy or quick process but their accessibility made the wait much more doable. Also, everyone was very respectful and accommodating to our questions and or concerns throughout the process.
