I had a great experience with Veterans United. I was very nervous initially as I was forced to move with short notice and no preparation. My finances were not where I wanted them to be and I had a short deadline to get out of the home I was renting. My Loan teem was able to get me approved without ideal credit, and the process was smooth and explained very well. They suggested Real Estate Agent Brandie, who was very knowledgeable and a great help. I was super anxious throughout the whole process, but they were patient and helpful the whole way. The only problem was that the appraiser did not turn in the appraisal in a timely manner which caused a delay in the closing and created me to be homeless for 6 days with a dog. Which in turn cost me $1778.00 for all my house hold belongs to stay with the moving company. I had to get a post office box for a week. I had to eat out for the 6 days which became very costly. Also only had 3 changes of clothing. I had to use my phone to review and sign many documents. I recommend that the VA never uses him in the future
