We had multiple problems arise with the houses we were trying to buy and sell, and because of the entire crew at VU, we were able to get through all the issues painlessly.I bet the other buyers and sellers we were dealing with wish they had been working with VU.

Veterans United were great to work with. The staff is on top of their work. They were very professional and accommodating.
Our process started very good. We were told a lot of things and we started our process more than 45 days before our closing date. As the process went on, we realized that they were not as helpful as we thought. They talked in circles when we asked about our fees. They got rude because we asked where credits went or why they changed. They always to not know or the couldn’t give us an accurate number until closing. They continuously asked for the same documents over and over that were uploaded and emailed and got snappy when we told them we already turned them in. Then would say “oh I overlooked” we looked at the reviews before going went them and thought we would receive a totally different experience. We are glad they got us in our house but the service was not up to par.

Outstanding experience. Customer service was above average. Our team was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and always on top of things. I hope this is the last house I buy because I hate moving. If I do however, I will bring my business to VU and ask for the same team to work with again.
