I worked with Billy Stange for most of the refinance process, and I could not have been anymore pleased with his professionalism. This was a very tedious process for me but not to any fault of VU.Billy was always available to assist. If I called and he was away from his desk or out of the office, he would always return my call at his earliest convenience. He was very patient, helpful and encouraging. I am very big on customer service and I must say Billy exceeded my expectations on the type of service he provided.
