Mrs. Kuster was a grear Home Loan Officer to me.
My experience was awful, would recommend trying your luck with a different lender.The whole process drug out about 7 months.Extra fees were charged to me because of the time it all took.Then was lied to that Veterans United would cover the multiple fees I was charged,but of course this didn't happen.

We received our "clear to close" 21 days from making an offer despite the timing of purchasing our home during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. No call back after several requested attempts. This firm is a rip off. Do not use them if you don’t have to. Shop for better rates elsewhere. Be careful of their downside protection it does not exist if rates go lower you won’t get them. Also they force you to put funds in escrow for taxes and insurance. Using up valuable cash.
