This was our first experience buying a home. I have heard the process was one of the most stressful things to go through. Not with this company! They run like a well oiled machine! Even the title company raved about how impressed they were with them! We were cleared to close in 12 days. Unbelievable!! Our personal loan specialist Matthew Czerwonka was incredible! I would definitely recommend you request him.
Overall experience was way easier than I had anticipated! With a few minor hiccups we were well on our way. The lighthouse program was phenemonal and within about 6 weeks they had helped me qualify and be approved. As messed as my credit was I never thought I'd be able to own my own home. Its quite emotional to finally be a homeowner! I have already started talking to fellow veterans and military folks about how easy the whole process was.

The whole process is excellent. First off I love the fact that I can do everything online. Being a busy person it was nice to just scan and upload documents along the way. Everything along the way was very clear and I knew what was expected of me as well as where the loan process was at. My loan team never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience if I had a question, and were sure to explain everything to me in a way that I understood.
