Our experience with Veterans United was very positive. From the beginning of the process, Mark Dischert, had our best interests at heart. He gave us options. We began the process last summer when we wanted to sell our exsisting home and downsize. For a variety of reasons, that venture didn’t work. So when when we decided to refinance our house to take care of some obligations and make retirement more financially more comfortable we called Mark. The team, which we were assigned, was just as close as our phone. sometimes we would have to leave messages, however we could count on a call-back in no time. When I would be at my worst not quite understanding what the next procedure was, a call to Terri or Morgan made my questions seem so petty and so easy for a quick fix. Mike would always follow up with a positive and cheerful attitude making me feel that my questions were important enough to be addressed, even though I realize now some of them were so elementary and not nearly as threatening as I thought.Never did any of the team make me feel like I wasn't on top of the process.
