If you're looking to buy with Veterans United, you can't get a better team than Jon Gunnels, Rob Dycus, and Aaron Chisum.
I know the application process involving the VA can be somewhat cumbersome. And I also think that if a company is dealing with Veterans, that they should understand that some of us are old and suffer from service connected disabilities that may limit our understanding to all the paperwork involved. An since we are old, a lot of us have Trusts and Mike did not seem to have a clear idea of what was needed on the forms I had to have notarized. I had to go have the same forms notarized 3 times. It could have been all done the 1st time if i had been given instructions on what was needed. I think better follow through by Mike or his staff could have facilitated the process. We are not computer savvy folks so the back and forth with email, docuisign, and review of documents etc was sometimes a bit much. I understand that this process makes the loan go quicker but it is a bit cumbersome for us oldie but goodies. Maybe a little bit more concern for us in that area would be helpful. I also know that this was done during the holidays and delays are expected, however this made my Lock expire on 1-11-19, and it cost me another $20 bucks to extend it to 1-14-19. PS, i got the wrong CD's prior to closing. That's it, just that i think a little more training is in order. Chris Pedersen
