The team at Vereran’s United was very good. The entire process was easy and the checklist was very convenient. I was able to do everything online (most of it on my phone!), which is good for me because of how often I travel for work.The team that assisted me always responded within 1 business day and alway helpful. They explained the process perfectly. Their fees and rates are competitive. Everything that we needed to provide was clearly defined. There was no guessing as to what was needed. They made it easy to give them the information; their follow through was excellent. Communication was key throughout the process; every step of the way we worked with the team members (realtor, loan officer, loan key members, and other teammates) together. When had questions it was easy to reach VU team members -- our team that worked with us. Our realtor was very knowledgeable; caring; and outstanding! He listened, provided advice that fit us just right, and made sure that all our concerns were addressed. Our loan officer called and followed up; very warm and caring; and advised us that really helped me to be comfortable with the process. Thank you, VU, for helping us find our dream home.

Our overall experience with VU was very good. Working with a large, specialized company has some downsides (sometimes you feel like a number on a page) but many advantages as well. The website was easy to use and very helpful at pointing us to the correct documents to upload. The agents we dealt with were always easy to reach and helpful, they worked with us as long as needed to sort out any issues that popped up.
We are so thankful for Veterans United. We were on the 2 year program to build our credit. Jackie helped us raise our score, and ultimately prepared us to qualify for a home loan. We Thank the entire Veterans United team for a job well done. We also LOVE our new home. First time homeowners and very proud to have a team such as VU that was behind us every step of the way.

Was a little in the dark about being able to close at a certain date. Just wanted a more approximate estimation of time with you and the underwriter. But overall very happy.
Veterans United is an awesome company and definitely know what they are doing. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.
