I never imagined the process would be so easy! I just kept waiting for issues and found none! From August through December and I had NONE! If you are reading this then you are looking for a team to help you as a veteran to purchase a home. Well I have purchased two homes now with Veterans United and I will tell you that Veterans United has always put my needs and interest first! You can stop looking now and give them a call, My loan officer Jake Kraft and his team has made my journey very easy going and for me not knowing what my benefits were they explained it all to me. They were always there when I called always answered all my questions, I’ve learned so much and I can honestly say it wasn’t because of my realtors or family it was because of this team here! They will always keep you in the loop letting you know what’s going on and the best part is some or most of them are veterans themselves so they can relate to you and your needs. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t hesitate to chose Veterans United and I will continue to use them as much as I can moving forward. Veterans United was amazing to work with. We started our homebuying process with a different company and decided to search elsewhere halfway through with them as we weren’t satisfied with their customer service. From the first phone call with Mike and his team, to the last, they were wonderful. Always there if we had a question, broke every step down that I had questions on, just very patient, helpful, and understanding. We were even able to keep our original closing date! I will be recommending Veterans United to everyone!
If all mortgage applications are as complex and as difficult as was my experience with Veterans' United, than I hope that I never seek a mortgage again.

Dave Buchner was a pleasure to work with throughout our home buying process! He was very nice and was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had, which seemed like many at times. If I could recommend not only Veterans United, but a specific loan officer, there’s no doubt Dave would be at the top of my list!He stayed positive at all times, no matter how silly our questions were, or how outlandish our financing requests got.
