Mrs. Stroud and her team was awesome. They went over every detail and put our loan together so well that when it went to underwriting the first time we were done. We can't thank Mrs. Stroud and her team enough for making our dreams of owning a home come true.

Our home buying experience was exceptional. They made sure it was as painless as possible and made it very easy to work with. Would not change a thing!


Every step of the Veterans United process was friendly and encouraging. Moya and Emilee were GEMs to work with and I wouldn’t trade them for anybody! They were thoughtful, informative and responsive.

The process seemed longer than I thought it would be. There were a few hiccups along the way. But overall, I'm satisfied.

I have waited 3 long months to submit this review and I’ve been wondering what horrible things that I can say about my experience with Cooper Allen. Although my experience has been very bad. I’ve decided not to leave an ugly comment, I would just hope that whatever Cooper was going through during the process of our Loan, that he would not treat anyone else the same way. Cooper if you’re reading this, just try to treat your costumers with Importance, because we work hard for our money just like you!

I did my complete loan on my cell phone. The ease of using the web site made everything a convenience. All the forms and the to-do-list made it simple to accomplish.

They are a really consistent with the loan process letting me know where we were and responding to calls an e-mails. The team also made sure I understood what was needed an the reason for info.Very easy to work with..

Veterans United and my assigned loan team made the process as easy as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to work with. They were all informative, kept me up to date through phone calls and emails, and were available to answer any questions I may have along the way. They also recommended a stellar realtor for us to work with, and that combination made our home buying experience beyond anything we could have expected.

It took forever and it was hard to get ahold of Sam due to my working hours. Also I requested as late as possible for the closing due to my work schedule but it was set for 10 AM.
