My experience with Veteran's United was exceptional. Bri C. and Dan H. are so knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. We received our "clear to close" 21 days from making an offer despite the timing of purchasing our home during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Incredible customer service exceeded our expectations. Working with Bri C. and Dan H. made our first home purchase a breeze with zero stress. I highly recommend this team.
No call back after several requested attempts. This firm is a rip off. Do not use them if you don’t have to. Shop for better rates elsewhere. Be careful of their downside protection it does not exist if rates go lower you won’t get them. Also they force you to put funds in escrow for taxes and insurance. Using up valuable cash.

Wonderful experience, as a business owner the process took a little longer but Nathan and Nick was here every step of the way.
The experience overall was a pleasant experience. Jeremy and Andrea worked well together in getting our loan approved and processed for a timely closing. VU referred me to a credit counselor to assist me paying down debt which allowed me to get our new home. Customer service and communication is key to doing good business and VU has that down.
