The single best home buying experience ever!
This was our second home buying experience leveraging our VA benefits, and our first time with Veterans United. Veterans United streamlined the entire process, including the Texas Veteran Home Loan application, and we were able to complete the application digitally, and upload required documents (encrypted) from home, as time permitted - no missing work or driving around to hand deliver documents. That said, anytime we needed to talk to our loan specialist or real estate agent, we could reach them, even after hours with any questions we might have had along the way. The entire team was great, and Jessica Palmer (Loan Officer) and Bobby Middleton (Real Estate Agent) were top notch, professional and personable. They acted very quickly. The faster you get the paperwork in, the faster they work. They also kept you updated with what was happening. I heard Derek Russell was a good loan officer but I experienced it for myself. Krista was also great. She always returned your phone calls promptly and also kept you updated on your paperwork. The whole team was awesome!!!!

Nick Holman and his entire team constantly went above and beyond for us! We had a very short closing period (that included three major holidays) and our closing was on time and super fast! Nick also attended our closing to help with any questions and to expedite the entire experience.
