The entire team absolutely exceptional, staff were very friendly and helpful, they exceeded my expectations. Honestly buying a home was nerve wrecking but the whole team was phenomenal. Being a first time homebuyer was stressful enough. But Nate, Audrey, and Shelby were patient and extremely supportive throughout the process. I’m extremely appreciative of their help. I loved how I flexible they were with my schedule. The team was very quick with responses and followed through with everything.
I will never use anyone else but Veterans United for my mortgage needs. I made the mistake of giving a local business a shot and it was a mess of lies. Veterans United and Andy were excellent and honest. I value the help they provided my wife and me.
Veterans United inspection of the property was top tier and did not allow the sellers to get away with selling me property that could potentially cost me money and my health in the short term. It would be even better for veterans to be able to receive a reasonable interest rate of 2 - 3% on a 30 year fixed loan and not transfer the loan to a commercial bank.
