The entire process was very professional.
Entire process was quick & easy. I received email updates promptly & was able to do the closing right in my own home. Staff was friendly & informative. I also think I got a good interest rate. Finally, my cash distribution was enough for me to get control of my debt.
Thinking these people had my best interest at heart was far from the truth. I thought I was dealing with top notch Veterans that would treat me the way they would want to be treated. I had to do all of the foot work myself and even considered going with another lender which in hindsight would have been better as they sold my loan before I ever got an invoice for my first payment. It wasn't worth saving a few dollars to not be able to find a warm body when you needed one. I cant believe I was told to count my blessings by this loan officer Seriously?

I have purchased numerous homes(9) over the years and this was the most difficult. while working with Jeff Fox everything went smooth. And then came "underwriting" holy crap what a mess!!!! All the paperwork we sent to Jeff had disappeared and we needed to relocate numerous forms. We moved from Colorado to Arkansas and had the moving van pick up our property on Aug 27. At that time I explained to Jeff that all the paperwork we had was in the moving van and we had no access until after Sept 4,our first closing date.Jeff sad that to his knowledge we were good to go.Underwriting had begun to want us to verify items that were in the moving van.(remember unable to access) After 6 or 7 gut wrenching days we finally closed due to our agent in Arkansas who knew where to find out what we needed and where to get it. So move to Arkansas they have their stuff together.Veterans was recommended on Realtor.com so that was why we went with them.
Veterans United is the best, the quality of people working on the credit,the loan, showing the house, and supporting you through the whole process are gifts from above ,Because I was blessed with my Team they made it happen for my family luck had nothing to do with it. I love you all thank you Veterans United. For all your help.
