It was the best service ever. They made the process simple and stress free.
missed the closing date 2 times. first time due to error on loan officer part, she stated she would push through VA for approval, didn't took entire 10 days missed closing again. then was not told that husband had to sign the closing papers due to texas law, which title company said he could have signed a waiver, that delayed funding of funds.
