The experience was very comforting with Johnna and Kayla once I explained the situation that my family and I was in with a loss of our home due to fire the worked diligently in making sure that every phase of the process went smoothly. As a 1st time home buyer, I was beyond pleased with my experience and working with Veterans United. My loan team was extremely amazing to work with! They were always prompt with all of my emails and/or phone calls. They took time out to assist me and make sure I was on track with what I needed to do. They were also there to answer any questions and I had and I had a lot of questions! :) Overall, I'm so thankful to Veterans United for sticking by my side through the entire process, all the way up to my closing day!
I would suggest Veterans United, and Scott Beasley specifically, to ANY friend, family member, or random stranger!!! They got us into our home quickly with little out of pocket cost!! I would have preferred that I be informed of the accurate timeline and deadline for submitting my items. I had to have my closing date moved back which was fairly inconvenient. Had I been given correct information I would have been able to follow through. Overall, I'm pleased and will recommend to others.
