If you are ever unsure of a companies motives, just know this team and company worked tirelessly for our benefit. We are buyer with them twice now. We hit bumps and snags due to our life events. The team worked around, through, and to the end of each issue. Thank you for your feedback Tyler. We understand that the amount of paperwork involved with a VA Loan is typically going to be more than other loan products. Veterans United provided the best experience I could have asked for while buying a home. They made sure to inform me on anything that i needed to get done in a timely manner, and their customer service was outstanding. If i ever go to buy, sell, or refinance a home. I am going with Veterans United.
I went into this understanding that I would have some work to do, but not everything. VERY disappointed to the point where Veterans United ruined my home buying experience...and this was our first home!
