We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. He helped us overcome obstacles which could have destroyed our dream from becoming a reality. We will never forget him or his team!We tell you all this so you can get an idea from the buyers/our perspective. I called the phone number online to find out if I could get pre-qualified for a VA loan. I was encouraged and felt valued. I was treated with great respect and was pre-qualified the same day. Everyone that I spoke with was very professional, patient, and friendly. Chris and Felicia walked me through every step with kindness and professionalism! I truly appreciate them, and may not have gone through with the purchase since it was my first home and I was skeptical because of the economic climate and my age. I am so happy with my new home and I am confident that I made the right choice.
