Overall it was trying, but the team stayed positive and tried to keep me positive through out the process. I would recommend VU to other vets.

When my wife and I found our dream home, I went on my computer "Googled" the best home loan provider and Veteran's United Home Loans was at the top...No brainer to go with the best. I got on to their webpage and wasn't on there a minute when Josh Scafe appeared in the "Live Chat" with the "How can I help you". I was all in. He asked me all the questions that I needed to qualify on his checklist and when he was satisfied on what I had, he transferred me to Brian Flanigan to do the "Pre approval" process. I am truly grateful for the time spent in the military that taught me how to organize all my key documents, pay my bills on time, and keep my head on straight. Everything that Brian and his team asked for, I had in my files or knew where to find them to scan and upload. Seamless processes. Brian or Danielle always kept me posted on the where I was in the process. An awesome team. Great Americans. Brian called me several times as we approached our "Closing Day" to make sure we were ready and what we needed on the day....cashiers check, pay to order of whom, ID cards, etc all the final details. He also called the day of the closing to congratulate us and the day after to thank us for choosing Veterans United Home Loans. We couldn't be happier at how smooth this all came together.
