I rated Veterans United an 8 out of 10. Their process was not perfect but efficient. The only item that was not online was the initial phone call to establish the loan. Once done, access was easy.

I am a 73 year old Vietnam veteran and an Army retired LTC. I thought there was no way I could get a mortgage. My wife and I recently remarried (to each other) and were living in a small apartment. The process was seemless and their website excellent with tutorials on everything related to the mortage. There was a 6 month wait due to new construction but they were patient and when the time came they got things moving quickly. If you are a veteran and do not think you can purchase property there is a way Veterans United.
