Not a good experience at all ---some papers were requested more than once---nearly always at the last minute --- only wanted to play with a computer--not once did I talk with her--finally turned it over to my daughter--two other banks offered to complete this loan in three weeks--not the three months you took
Everyone I had contact with was very well informed and made me feel I was their only client and took the time to explain all my dumb questions

I think your underwriting should have considered my cash assets rather than just income streams to allow me to close on my new home in WI prior to the sale of my home in VA. This caused great problems with the sellers I was buying from and I unnecessarily withdrew more from my TSP (with tax consequences) to offset the need for the income stream through my 62nd birthday next March when I plan to start my SS.
I couldn't have asked for someone better to help us with the whole loan process.
