My personal opinion, I will never make any loan with Veterans United. My experience was not good and can not recommend this service to any one.

I truly believe that Veterans United tried very hard to keep the loan process going. However; some information that was needed by the underwriter was not requested in a timely manner. My wife and I were on two different short trips during this time without good phone service, so that didn't help either. Because of these impediments, the process seemed long and tedious and at some times very frustrating. I would not recommend starting this process if you are planning trips during the process time. Overall the people we communicated with were very courteous and helpful.
I feel like I received a very fair Interest Rate and it was a pleasure working with Katy and Cam to get everything finalized and closed quickly.
My experience with Veteran Homebuyers was truly amazing, no exaggeration. The loan officer down to the Agent was really fantastic to work with. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. My family could not be happier! Tens across the board. I recommend anyone wanting to buy a home, please, please go thru Veterans Homebuyers because they will truly make the process worth sharing and remembering. This was the easiest home buying experience I have ever had. I never had a question unanswered and closing went so smoothly.
This was our second home purchase and expecting the same drawn out process and confusion my wife and I were amazed at how smooth everything went. Every phone call or email with dozens of questions we had were clearly answered. The online check list helped stream line the whole process. I would ask any veteran wanting to purchase a home please give them a shot first. I use USAA for everything even my last home, But Veterans United by far exceeded all our expectations.
