We liked having the ability to provide our required documents electronically. As well as knowing exactly what was needed/remained to do/sign/gather etc. was straight forward.We’ve done this loan thing a few times and this was by far our best experience. Wish we would have known about Veterans United sooner.

This was amazing. Easy. The truck is to TRUST your team. And the only way to do that is if you have a competant team. (Caveat) That team also has to communicate to your the feeling of competence and professionalism. And at the same time be human and laugh as well.
Me.being a ex military makes me a control freak micromanager and there are 3 ways to do things the right way the wrong way and my way. I had to let all the go. Gave the reigns to my team and said...
