Tell Wyatt that people have every right to complain about being delayed again, Its stressful on our end too and to disrespect my wife by accusing her of being a complainer trying to close when I would be home for just a few days and get it done before I left again is B.S. She had never complained until the end.
this process was incredibly difficult, made more so by regulations applied without common sense. I have a much better understanding now after enduring the VA loan process why there are so many homeless veterans. With the challenges that so many of us face, the requirements are simply too much to deal with. Some of these guys are even overwhelmed by the application, much less the rest of it. Offering a liaison to folks in need of help might make this more accessible to more vets. I struggled a great deal and I'm supposedly "high functioning". It's simply too much, and I will never get another VA loan and I will tell vets I know not to do it either. They make it nearly impossible and it's simply too stressful. It doesn't have to and shouldn't be that way.

I felt that she was not fully invested in our purchase. We had to ask for things she should have taken care of
without prompting. Like the By laws of the HOA before the interview. Overall I liked her as an individual but felt we should have used the agent my wife has known for years. Also I had called the woman that chose her the day after we first met her and she never returned our call.
