The process was quick and easy. The steps and documents required of the potential homeowner were extremely reasonable, and the team worked efficiently to ensure everything was completed in a timely manner. I also appreciated the consistent updates with the home buying process, it made the process go very smoothly for both parties involved.

Was an absolute headache through out the whole process from beginning to end. My pre approval was given to me then taken away then given back to me. So many mistakes made then corrected. So much misinformation and apologizing several times a week.

I will certainly recommend, Mike Lyman, in fact i’ve dropped his name multiple times, with one successful purchase. Sofia Salgado spoke highly of mike and the staff.I can’t say enough about Mike, on two occasions he spoke with me during stressful times, and absolutely reassured me.Honestly, I will follow him where ever he goes, and will return when ready to refi.
My loan officer, Jared Albach, was truly amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer, he took the time to explain every step and why every step was required. I was never left in the dark through any part of the process and he was very easy to talk to. Jared and Kim were always quick to call back when I needed them. Thank you both so much!
Communication from Veterans United was nonexistent throughout most of this process. I was pulled from work and other responsibilities to pass information back and forth from my loan officer and his team to the real estate agent and title company. If I buy a house again, I will be financing elsewhere.
