They were great at walking me through an incredibly onerous process with lenders and all the other parties involved in purchasing my home.
Overall service was good with some minor issues due to using a large lender in a different time zone. Talking to others who purchased through a local lender they were able to procure a better rate and get a little more tailored service/response with all the parties being in the same timezone. The ease of the myVU portal made things easy to upload though so overall I would still say I enjoyed working with Veteran's United, but may look into smaller local lenders in the future as well.
The staff that i had contact with were absolutely tremendous. My background is commercial credit a,d your Austin Tx team was nothing short of outstanding.
I would definitely recommend Veterans United to anyone interested in buying a home. Seth and Dave were very helpful in helping me purchase my Condo.
