Once I was there I was preapproved. I was asked for many documents and was able to provide it all. I actually went to the office and met Tasha and James. Extremely helpful with the processing and great communication with James my loan officer! I made it to the end. it was a bit tough but they all made it go smoothly for me. I can't say thanks enough!
