The last week before closing I had to jump through so many hoops just to get the underwriters to accept the loan. According to my student loan company (where the problem was stemming from) the information they were providing is normally sufficient for all other mortgage companies but it wasn't good enough for Veterans United. How could I recommend this company to a friend knowing that they might have to go through the same hassle that I did?
